I had been taking my cars for service there since 2001 and my recent experience with a power steering issue tells me that I might have been wise to go elsewhere sooner.
Long story short, the service department misdiagnosed the extent of a power steering issue, almost causing me to sell the car or invest nearly $5,000 in replacing the pump, rack and associated hose system. I looked for a second opinion at another shop of course, as the diagnosis seemed a bit "extreme" to me. It was.
$650 was spent at another shop in replacing the power steering pump and the car was back on the road in a day. That was several months ago by the way with no issues whatsoever. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was asked "what can we do to keep you as a long term customer?" My response was to apologize and return my $100 diagnostic fee...never happened.
