  • I hope that the review I'm about to write is reflective of the USACO location that I interacted with today. The address I have on the work order is 3021 S Valley View Ste 11. 702-836-9493, I believe they are the only one in town and lord I certainly hope so. This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!!! I can't even believe I'm about to write this kind of review. The only reason I had to deal with this company was because my brand new Samsung dishwasher broke and they sent this company out to come fix it. Up until today I had no problems. The guy called me within 24-48 hrs to confirm that they had my work order, verify the issue and inform me that they needed to order the part. He told me that it would arrive in 4 days and they would call me to schedule this week. They called me as promised and scheduled the tech to come out on Friday between 9-11. The tech called Friday around 9:30a to say he was running a little behind and would arrive in 20-25 minutes, which was no problem. The tech (Benny) arrived around the time he said he would after he called. My husband met him at the door to let him in, Benny said nothing to him, no introduction, no good morning just B-lined it straight to the Kitchen; it was SOO unprofessional!! I over heard my husband explaining to him what the problem was and heard the very short and cold responses back. I got up and went to the kitchen and listened to him complain about the fact that the tile was in the way and in the 14 year of his servicing career, us along with the another client this week , were the only two that have ever given him issues of the tile creating a problem with removing the dishwasher. He complained, huff and puffed and started "chipping" away at my tile,my blood started to boil. I stopped him right in his tracks and explained to him that this was inappropriate behavior and he needed to correct it, I did not appreciate him coming into my home and handling the situation the way that he did and asked him to change the way he was servicing this call. He then proceeded to tell me, he begged actually, to have me call and complain. I laughed and told him I would be happy to, I asked him if he was eager to loose his job and looking to get fired and his response was "absolutely". At that moment I asked for the company phone number and the name of his boss. I spoke to his boss begging for someone else to come out, I wanted my dishwasher serviced but this disrespectful tech needed to get out of my "effing" house. As I was in the middle of speaking with his "boss" who told me there was no one else to do the job, he was the only guy and felt real bad that I was having this problem but nothing he can do and he must be having a bad day (which I said "NOT MY PROBLEM") I over heard my husband tell him to get the "EFF" off our property. (While I was outside the tech pulled the dishwasher out with the corners along our marble floor). As both of them made their way out front I told the boss that my husband has instructed the tech to remove himself from our home/property and within a matter of seconds the man started swinging at my husband. A whole incident erupted and I called the cops. No charges filed, both walked away and I am left with a broken dishwasher. The company didn't have much to say because they were at a "loss of words" but I told them that I will complain up and down and to anyone who would listen. How dare they send a tech into my home without knowing the extent of who he is as a person. They tried to tell me this is the first problem they have ever had with him in all the years and I called BS! I am not the lucky customer and this is not just an isolated incident. This tech probably had continued problems that they did not follow up on. They dropped the ball with their customer service and how they manage their employees. If you are reading this...spare yourself! The whole thing along with the response we got made me feel like a true Vegas lifestyle scum bag shady business. When I called to ask for help and get assistance with trying to fix the problem and remove this tech, they did nothing to intervene and manage their employee, they allowed the situation to escalate and had nothing more but a "sorry" to give us. I hope you have done your homework and have crossed paths with my review before you walk into a situation with this company, I highly doubt they have anything but horrible service with unprofessional employees. I would highly recommend you request another company and avoid this one at all cost. I will be filing many complaints...this was beyond the worst customer service experience I've had in life...ever!
