  • Second time back and it was even better than the first. As a lover of sweet wines, the Riesling they had (I can kick myself for not writing down the name) was probably one of the best I've ever had. Appetizers; poutine and the whiskey wings. Oh my gawd, was that poutine amazing. I mean, it is the second time I've had it at M&P and I think it was better this time. I wish I had some right now, and its only 10 am. The wings were full of great flavor. They were about half a point too spicy for me, so I only ate a few, but the hubbie loved them. My entree was the short rib flat bread. After we ordered but before it came out I overheard the lady at the table recommending menu items to her date, saying 'order anything but the flatbread, they are good, but not nearly as good as everything else'. Sad trombone for me. I agree with her though, it was good, but... Not the shining star of the meal. I need to make it priority to hit up meat and potatoes more often. We love it!
