  • Rude bastards. Went in and walked around for 15 min, even going as far as to point out some specific items in the case "see, these are the rings that we've been talking about" and the freakin' saleslady who was doing a little paperwork with her back turned to us all of four feet away... NEVER TURNED AROUND. And no one else bothered to talk to us though there were plenty of folks working all the counters nearby. Okay, I'm dressed like a schleb, but I'm a silicon valley schleb and I'm getting a very nice wedding ring upgrade on our anniversary this year from my fantastic hubby. Guess where it won't be from? I went as far as to tell them that they'd lost our business on my way out. Then I went and did my ring shopping elsewhere.
