I hate to write bad reviews, but this experience really was unacceptable. After years of being a loyal customer, I'm saddened to say I've made my LAST trip to this store. I came in to purchase my usual shampoo and accidentally picked up conditioner. Later that day I realized my mistake and attempted to exchange the item. I spoke to Maria, the general manager..so she claims, and she was by far the most disrespectful manager in a customer interfacing position I've ever come across. I greeted her with a smile and explained I wanted to make an even exchange. Rather than waiting until I finished informing her of my issue, and simply saying there is a no exchange policy for hair products, she cut me off and becomes very dismissive and then annoyed and/or upset. She challenges me to ask another employee behind the counter, walks up to the counter-watching me to make sure I don't steal anything (SMFH) and stands with her arms crossed as I asked the woman behind the counter. The other woman confirms I am unable to exchange my product, in an appropriate manner. As a customer, I do not expect a professional in an establishment to take such an inappropriate tone or confrontational approach when handling a common situation. I urge any and everyone, if you need hair supplies or accessories order online or go to another store. The despicable customer service and rising prices of products are not worthy of your hard earned money.
