  • Used this service for my dad's care. HORRIBLE. Office is a complete joke. Can't get through. Multiple communication issues. First visit was a no call no show, most of the next were all late. But at least they showed up? Never saw a doc. All nurse practitioners. Nice ones at least. Made a complaint to the medical board & doc about them just this morning. I told them I was going to after being unable to reach them after multiple calls. I explained to them that my dad was in need of a referral to a urologist. They told me that they had already given me one. I explained that no, they gave me a referral for a kidney specialist, where we went. And were told to get to a urologist right away, days later I got a hold of them, they were so rude on the phone. They argued and finally got us the referral. As I was trying to explain the info to a supervisor, and informed her I was going to review them poorly due to this experience, she told me she was going to DISCHARGE MY DAD AS A PATIENT! I was already in the process of dropping them but seriously? HOW UN PROFESSIONAL. Still no call back from the owner Erick Terry.
