The service at Toyota of Surprise is out of this world! I have been driving Toyotas since high school (rav4 + corolla) and it was time to buy my very own Camry. I started researching and shopping around. I was attracted by Toyota of Surprise's easy to use website and up-to-date online inventory. I visited other Toyota dealerships but I was not convinced with their price points, most cars that were within my budget were Pre-Owned 2013 Camrys ranging from $25-22K. I was all in when I saw a 2014.5 Camry SE for a little under $22K. I was greeted by super friendly staff. Michael Brogdon, from Sales helped me find the perfect car. I never felt pressured, on the contrary, Michael made me feel sure of my decision, he was knowledgable and his goal was to get me the best deal he possibly could. I wanted to trade in my 2009 Corolla, and the deal I got here was absolutely the highest I was offered by two other dealerships from the valley. Michael was clear and walked me through my first car buy with ease. I walked out that day with a brand new 2-mile 2014.5 Camry for about $17k after my trade in + tax + Toyota Extra Care (which is definitely a must!). Three days later I get a call from Finance and was informed that they had found a way to lower my interest rate by 6%, that is just outrageous! I am so thankful to have found this gem. I love my car and the service Toyota of Surprise has offered me.
