  • These big corporations are only as good as their worst employees and if you happen to get one of these people.......just about every person I've ever dealt with cannot speak English, some are so bad that I've just told them I will call back. I know they are in Montreal, but some English is needed here, without the strong accent that I can't understand. Their internet I have no problem with, and the billing was never a problem, but some of the service people are not good and really lazy. One guy was installing my system and was having problems with a large tree in the way, and told me "you might want to go with Roger's"! They would be so happy to hear that, both companies!
