DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY VALET YOUR CAR!!!!!!!
On Saturday, June 10, 2017 I went to Culinary Dropout at 5632 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014 and this company parked my brand new vehicle while my fiance and I went into the restaurant. Upon picking up my car after dinner I noticed the driver side bumper had a series of significant scratches, which was not there when I purchased the vehicle. Upon seeing the damage I notified the lead valet onsite and was asked if I could point out the valet who drove the car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? So now I have to introduce myself and get my valet's name before they park my vehicle just in case. I said I could point him out if they did a line up. Next I was asked to prove my case. Seriously?!? The car was fine and then it came back with scratches. The attendant then claimed that the car did have miles on it when I bought it, so maybe I missed the scratches when purchasing it. Additionally, I was told unless I could point out where the damage came from they cannot assist me. Again so now I have to ride with the attendant to park my car and picking up the car so they do not damage it. They what is the point of a valet?!?
Here's the deal, I can prove that the damage occurred via the valet service. If the valet has proof otherwise then I would like to see it in writing via a damage sheet. If not I expect someone to please pay to fix my bumper!!!
For others with new vehicles I would think twice before giving it to a valet attendant and take 5-10 minutes to take pictures of the car, get to know your the team parking your car (e.g. names/phone numbers), and then upon getting the car back compare your car to the pictures.
