The food is not worth the wait. I knew what the wait was going to be like. My family and I waited over an hour to be seated. Our food arrived cold. With pancakes, it's not the biggest of deals if it's cold because you just kind of deal and you do not want to send food back.
I ordered the pot pie with gravy. My meal was stone cold. The waitress came by after awhile and asked how everything was. I usually just go with the flow but when I waited an hour to be seated and waited 20 minutes on top of that to get my food, I didn't think I was speaking out of turn.
The waitress offered to "re-fire" my meal but the idea of reheating my meal was not appetizing because each food item re-microwaved would be not the best. After 10 minutes, the manager came by and offered to re-make my meal. No thanks, get me out of here. Too little too late.
I would compare my experience to dining at banquet eating cold catered food. Pre-made food sitting out presented well.
