Small exhibit but cute sea animals! I been here before and enjoyed feeding the sting rays and holding the little crabs. I love the ocean so I thought it was a great place for anyone to visit. The retail store has lots of cute things to buy.
This time we came to see the otters! Their advertisement to come see the otters and pet them and feed them was too irresistible not to come. We figure to purchase our tickets online so that we could skip the line. Nope you still have to stand in line. The line wasn't too bad but omg just to complete a transaction with each group took about 15-20 mins!
Wow finally! We get our wristbands and walk in. The otters are directly to the left of the entrances. So there is a little hole that you stick the food through to feed the otters. It was so disappointing to see. Especially when they advertise come feed the otters as they steal food right from your hands.
Well we needed to get tokens so we tell the worker that's doing the feeding we will be right back. We get our tokens and come back and she's gone!
We get another worker and asked when the next feeding is. She had such an attitude you can see it all over her face! She goes and finds out and tells us wait right here she is coming back shortly. 30 mins later we stopped another worker and explained. She left to go find out. She comes back with and see me and has that surprised look like oops I forgot about you. She was like ohh I was coming back. But they won't be feeding the otters for another hour and a half!
We get a refund and never coming back! Try get a 2 star because I enjoyed the1st visits about 6 months ago. The staff was useless! And no customer service experience!
