  • I went here after finding a great deal on groupon. They had good reviews so I thought I would check it out. It is located in this bigger salon area with each vendor having their own "room" inside. The room was neat and clean. I forgot the girl's name who waxed me, but she was really pleasant and smiling! Upon arrival I showed her my groupon and she informed me to take my bottoms off and get on the table for my Brazilian wax! A little odd, there is no privacy to strip on down!! But then again, she is all up in there anyway, so does it really matter? I guess I would have like some privacy when striping down! Anyway, she was awesome at sugar waxing. Got all the hair removed and it was minimally painful. She had a great attitude and explained what she was about to do before she did it. Helpful for me as this was my first brazilian! I also got an underarm wax. Not as happy with this as she did not get all the hair. She said it was because they were "baby hairs" and not long enough. I would have assumed she could have threaded the short hairs. Most waxing places I've tried will thread the short hairs. The only odd thing is half way through my wax her boss knocked on the door. Mind you, this is a vendor with a small one shop within a larger building with many vendors....like Be Sugared is like a doctor's office--one room. So when she knocked, I was little taken aback that she went to open the door while i'm laying spread eagle on the table!!! I would have assumed she could have put a towel over me.... Anyway, that aside, they did a great job on everything! I give them 3 stars b.c. their prices are quite expensive and she really pushed for me to come back in 3 weeks. If you can afford the higher prices, I'd recommend.
