  • Great experience with everyone at CarMax. Our salesman, David, was well informed and if he didn't know something he found someone who did. My vehicle was out of state and the transfer process was handled with no bumps. The purchasing process was very smooth and professional. No haggling means no haggling. When I had an issue with my Smart Car, I took it right in right away and it resolved that afternoon. I would highly recommend CarMax to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car. In fact, we recommended CarMax to our daughter in Portland.
