  • This used to fun part of my Surprise visits, but the quality appears to be going downhill. I heard complaints from someone I referred, and yesterday I saw it for myself.I Drove out and notice dust all over the - and instrument panels and doors and the back carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed. It is a very nice facility and has a great staff but seemed to be too rushed or understaffed to do a good job anymore.
