Terminate your general manager's employment at the Las Vegas location. Not only was he disrespectful and lacked common decency, but he showed a complete disregard for the passengers who were left at the terminal when the 8am bus was overbooked, leaving behind 40+ passengers. There was no apology or any word from him or any management, nor did he even address the passengers as we waited for almost two hours for another bus to come. THE SECURITY GUARD was the only staff explaining any instructions or what to tell the passengers, and yet when confronted about the long wait, all they could say was "We're just security. If you have any issues, please refer to customer service." This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I don't even know why you are even in business or haven't been shut down.
