  • I had a bad experience here during my visit today. I have been coming here on and off for the last 2+ years, so I am surprised to have such an unusual experience. I visited the 11am session. I was pulled out of the room prior to the start of class, to let me know that my promo for the visits had expired. No big deal, I asked about their prices and current promotions for a one year membership. During this conversation, I mentioned I went online to check the schedule this am, and saw a promo for a 6 months for $349. Asked if that is still going on or will they honor it since it is still up on their site. This conversation went back and forth, a second and third person was brought into it. I did not have my phone on me to join in on the search for this promo that I had seen (I had locked my stuff and was waiting for class). This man mentioned "Oh we have to contact the someone else (possibly the owner) to verify." Then it went on to "he'll probably honor it." So they agreed to honor the promo that I had seen on their site, although we were not able to locate it during the conversation. At this point, it was 4 minutes prior to start of class, I told them my wallet is in the car and asked if I was able to make the payment after class. I was quickly told "No" and I have 4 minutes to get my wallet and pay. Mind you, I was already changed in my yoga get-up. After my trek down to retrieve my wallet, I come back up to be told "No, we don't see this promo you're talking about. You must have seen it another time and remembered it." Anyways I just paid for the one class visit today since I was already there and ready to go. It was altogether a poor customer service experience from my perspective. I was already asking about your annual membership (an indication that I was interested), all you had to do was sell me that. I inquired about a different promo but it was not handled properly. It was a lot of yes, we'll give it to you, go get your money, then no never mind. It was a bad start to the day/class session. I was irritated throughout the class thinking that was no way to treat your customer. I have always liked the studio and has never had a bad experience until today. I don't think I'll be returning.
