  • I rarely need to go to an urgent care center, but CareNow was a great experience. I was able to check in online, which made my wait time very short (about 10 minutes in the waiting room), and all the staff, from the receptionist (Renell/Alexis) to the medical assistant that took my info (Robert), to the provider that saw me (Sean Gupton) were very pleasant, and helpful. I received the care and treatment I needed within my 30 minute visit, and I was on my way. I would definitely consider this CareNow for an urgent care, should I ever have the need.
