Came on a Saturday. Wait to be seated was roughly 20 minutes. It was pretty busy. My friend and I both had the Border Brunch which was endless small plates. Added the endless Mimosas to it. Left the place full and with a nice little buzz. Our server (who's name escapes me unfortunately) was extremely attentive. He constantly checked on us despite it being rather busy. Being that we had the endless mimosas, he would bring out new flavors even if we didn't ask for them whenever the table next to us (who had a larger party) would get more drinks. He was helpful with the menu and everything came out quickly.
As for the food, keep in mind that the plates are really small. I was fine with that since the service was good and it was endless. My favorite dish was the cinnamon roll pancakes. I also had the chicken and waffles (pretty good), bbq brisket torta (meh), churro tots (decent. passion fruit spread was a unique twist), and the campechana (refreshing) I also had the chips with variety of dips. The chips they bring to the table were maybe the best I've ever had. No hyperbole.
Overall, I enjoyed myself. I left full and buzzed and happy. Server was great. I definitely want to come back and try the Chile Relleno Burger whenever I return to Vegas.
sidenote: The bathroom is really far. You have to go downstairs and walk for a while. Not a big deal but I wish I knew before I guzzled down mimosa after mimosa lol. Also, we sat in the dining room but near the door for outside seating and it was FREEZING cold. I had to keep my winter hat on
