  • We have been here for a year now, and the only things that keep us here are the Maintenance people, specially Greg, these people are awesome. Like my very first review, i think i gave 3 stars - no improvements it is deterioration. One Star is appropriate for the management. You can count the good neighbors here (specially Lisa she is a very nice Lady). I have seen several appearances of Police here and that is not soothing for the "image" they are trying to project when you are in the beginning of the process of leasing. There are several cars parked for more than a month now in their uncovered parking area, up to the point that occupants here and their visitors do not have parking space specially weekends. A lot of Dog owners do not have discipline cleaning after their dogs and maybe some of them do not even declare their pets officially, bc they do not have key to the dog park - poop are littered around and expect to stepped on them anytime. We are still hoping that things will get better for the remaining months of our lease.
