| - This is the 2nd time I've had an "experience" with Moore. The first time was with a Subaru Forester. I had brought it to Moore Subaru (Subaru/Chrysler are on the same lot and share the same service space) several times due to issues with either the powertrain, suspension, electrical, etc. Every time I went in for service, it was a tedious task of finding a Service pro, explaining the issue, setting expectations and so on. I really can't remember one time of going there where I didn't have to wait several hours, even for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Well, I ended up selling the Forester and here I am years later with a Chrysler 300 and I decided to bring it to Moore (only because it's really convenient location wise) for a brake inspection. I made my appointment, brought my car in, talked with a Service pro who ended up taking my info then referring me to a different Service pro who then again had to take my info. I was advised that the wait/inspection would take a couple of hours. Well almost 4 hours later I'm still sitting in the customer lounge waiting for an update. I finally had to hunt down the Service pro who was helping me, as he had disappeared. Honestly, I really felt bad for the kid. he was being "bum-rushed" by multiple customers, the service drive was understaffed and overworked. It was really hard to be upset at this point, especially towards the Service pro. He was still very nice and apologetic. End result, after I finally got my car looked at I decided to spare myself any more agony, cut my losses and paid the 1/2 hr it took for the tech to actually diagnose my car, and took my business/money elsewhere. Ultimately, I ended up going to another shop (not disclosed, you'll have to read my upcoming review :-) and ended up having a great experience. I not only had a total brake service done there, I also bought a new set of tires (which i badly needed) and had a 4-wheel alignment done. Having said that, sadly I won't make it back to a Moore dealership, had my experiences been better maybe the outcome would be different.
