  • Thank you, thank you, thank you to whoever wrote the review regarding their Mercedes. It was that review that hooked me. Admittedly, because this was not the manufacturers body shop, as a woman I was a little nervous. However after reading the many excellent reviews I decided to call and asked for NICK as suggested. He was everything they said and more. Kind, respectful, prompt. Gave me great directions and told me to come anytime during business hours and he would get me a quote. As promised he made himself available and I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins. He explained and gave me a quote based on both sides of my vehicle and how if I wanted to budget he could rub out the one ding pretty well without charging me. However, his quote was SO FAIR I decided to do both sides of the car. I would highly recommend this company because of Nick! If you have a Mercedes they do an excellent job at a fair and reasonable price. I did some shopping around and A Plus Auto Body was the most reasonable, prompt and courteous of them all. The other guys, I won't mention names also had some high reviews, but were 3x more expensive, felt like I was talking to used car dealers and kept me waiting for an hour. I asked about the time frame and he quoted and delivered that on time too. Even waxed and washed my car for me. They had some beautiful cars there being repaired apparently the word is getting out. As it should, I think they were extraordinary and will refer anyone I know that needs body work!
