  • Absolutely the "worst" experience EVER! Stay away from this place it's an absolute disappointment. If you still decide to go please, please just please do not let "DR. DEVON MOORE" see you. He even looks phony. There was a t.v in the room where we were and before we walked inside the room I saw the t.v turned to the left facing the outside of the room like the nurse's station right outside the room. When we walked in the room I looked back because it looked like someone was watching the game from outside of the room. I saw a guy sitting at the computer facing the room watching the t.v I did not think nothing of it sat in the room and waited for the "DR". Who comes in, the guy that was watching the game from the nurses station. He says, what is the problem? My dad explained the pain he was having in his leg. This Dr. Moore tells my dad to take off his shoes then my dad pulled up his pants. The dr. touched the right leg then the left leg. I'm standing close to the end of the bed and he looks at my dad and says, "this your daughter?" My dad said Yes, then the dr. turns and asks me, "what is the problem?" After my dad explained what he felt. I started to explain why we were concerned and the dr. CUT ME OFF! When I was explaining he was facing me meaning facing the TV too. He kept looking at the t.v then me, then the t.v then me.. that was so unprofessional and then the dr. said interrupting my explanation, "what is your concern?" I said "BLOOD CLOT" and stayed quiet. He looks at me and says he doesn't have one! Ummm ok, I'm not medically trained, but how do you know without an ultrasound," I said. He again looked at the t.v then me and said, "BECAUSE I KNOW." You are not comfortable with my diagnosis? You still want an ultrasound, he asked me. I said," no, I just want to know how do you know without doing an ultrasound, I'm not medically trained you are. I asked you why and you said, "because I know. I expected you to elaborate on that, explain to my dad the patient for example "it's not a blood clot because there is no fever, area is not hot and there is no swelling SOMETHING not just say "BECAUSE I KNOW!" He said you know what hold on ...and walked out never came back.. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto dr., we do not have time for this crap and put up with stupid dr. tantrums!! Get a life and do what you were taught, treat the sick, help the sick, explain to people what is going on, give your expertise (if you have any), have bed manners!! Worst experience ever. Go to a real hospital that is why there is nobody at these so called hospitals. I hope they shut down soon or get rid of this so called DR. DEVON MOORE. We need real medical care professionals. TO BAD YELP DOES NOT HAVE A SCORE " 0 " BECAUSE I WOULD GIVE THEM JUST THAT A "0".
