  • Very impressed by this young man Albert! Not only does he have great customer service skills, but he's also hard working and HONEST! This was our second time using him and he was going to shampoo all our carpets and do a complete tile cleaning for us. Unfortunately there was a problem with our grout sealer which caused problems with the job. Instead of just doing the job and charging us, he was honest and explained to me why we shouldn't do it. He pay for the day was cut by more than 50% because of his honesty but he's got me as a client for life. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!
