  • We will never return! Came in with my 5 and 2 year old who were super excited until another teenage customer with her HUGE Labrador came in walked right up to my 2 year old licking her ice cream cup she was holding. The teenager paid no mind or attention. I then asked the teenaged employee at the counter if dogs were allowed in... his reply "it's a service dog"... I informed him it was not at all, no ID on the dog indicating that, and the dog was simply on a loose leash. He then replied "they come in all the time"....apparently this employee could care less about sanitary, safety or cleanliness of the food, establishment or other customers as he hooked up his friend and the dogs head level sniffing all the toppings. To add insult to injury, he proceeded to tell them what I had said so they glared at my children and I. COMPLETE DISGUST IN THIS ZOYO LOCATION!
