  • One of the best overall automotive experiences I have had. I was clipped by another car and the option of body shops to choose from is vast. Because New Look is Audi certified, and had great reviews compared to the Audi certified autonation in town, I went with New Look. Here's how it went down: not only did the rental place have a car waiting for me at the shop when I arrived, but throughout the entire process I ONLY dealt with Tory who was accessible and polite and competent. The thing is, Tory is the manager, so every day with whatever issue that arose (several, other driver's ins not very compliant) he personally explained every hiccup and solution. I told Tory that I was grateful for his and his shops professionalism in the entire matter, and I give them nothing but accolades. There is a reason they have the five stars that they do so if you are every debating on where to bring your car, the only option should be New Look Collision Center. Thank you everyone who gave me my car back better than when I brought it in (seriously, custom paint job on my grille keeps turning heads)!
