  • This is a first visit to this location as I had been to their Sheridan Centre location before, ran by the owner's son, I believe. Equally great customer service and work. They basically breath life into anything you wear, should you still like it and need it repaired. In my case, I had a nice winter jacket, whose handle of the runner or whatever you call it that closes the zipper, broke, as it was made of a soft metal. They put a new runner with a strong handle which will probably outlast the jacket itself, if anything, done in two hours and for a reasonable price. Since I was so happy, I decided to tip the price of the work, basically paying double. Thank you whomever did the work. Will definitely go back.
