  • I am the biggest Lushie EVER. I've been going to the Lush at MandalayBay before any of the other locations opened and this one is by far my favorite location (as of yesterday). The first two times I came in here I was very disappointed. None of the workers acknowledge me and they were all gathered around the back joking around and laughing with each other. Yeah I bet working at Lush is fun but I thought that customers came first? I was so used to being greeted by every employee at all of the other Lush's that when I didn't get a single "Hello" at this location I almost felt my heart break. I would understand if the store was packed, but I was literally the only customer in there. I had to walk all the way to the back to get their attention because I needed help finding a product. It was extremely disappointing. The second time I came in I didn't have a problem until I asked for a sample of a foot lotion and the guy told me to "Just take my shoes off, sit down on the floor, and put the lotion on my foot". WHAT? First off, I'm NOT going to take off my boots and my socks and sit down on the bare floor rubbing foot lotion on my foot while being surrounded by 8 other people. That is completely unsanitary. I asked for a sample, not to be completely humiliated. I was flabbergasted at the audacity that employee had. Yesterday, I came back because I needed a couple more Unicorn Horns to add onto my Lush stash. When I got there there was only one Unicorn Horn left...and it was ugly. I didn't want it. I walked around and asked for samples of a face mask, the girl was very nice, friendly, and helpful. We talked for a little bit about our obsession with Lush and I told her that I was there for a Unicorn Horn but the only one left was really ugly. She ran to the back and grabbed the two (really beautiful) Unicorn Horns that she was saving for herself. She let me choose the one I wanted and then took the ugly one for herself! She sacrificed her precious Unicorn Horn for me. It really made my day!!! If it weren't for her this place would get -23 stars. I am absolutely going to give this store another chance and hopefully make it my home store because of the excellent service I received yesterday. I really wish they trained more of their employees to be as helpful as the girl I met.
