  • Omgoodness. I don't know how I've never left a review for Oso Ono!! We used them for my baby shower back in August. Not only was the shaved ice amazing, but the customer service was fantastic. Oso Ono let me hire them out for a few hours. They came early, set up, and served delicious Hawaiian shaved ice, just like what you can get from Hawaii!! They had great flavor selection too! Because it was for my baby shower, I asked if they could make a special flavor combination for us. We called it "the Lana Special". If I remember correctly, the flavors were lychee, li hung mui (pickled plum), and mango. It as topped with condensed milk and extra li hing mui powder. OMG SO GOOD. This Lana Special was such a hit at my party!! Then, because guests always arrive late.. the time was nearing for Oso Ono to pack up and leave. But they were so amazing and stayed!! They didn't even charge me extra to stay longer. What a great family run business. I love them so much. So recap: excellent customer service, came early, stayed late, and went out of their way to make this preggo lady super happy :) I am totally recommending them to others!!
