Seven months after purchasing our items, Living Spaces (LS) has continued to give us the runaround. They sent a technician? out to inspect the defective products. The technician agreed the items were, in fact, defective, but could EASILY be fixed. LS then promised to send someone out to correct the defective products. That was over two months ago. No fix. No phone call. Nothing.
I will update this if LS ever decides to finally keep their word and fix their defective products.
