  • Their service is less than impressive. I waited at least 5 min in my car when I arrived. Another 5 min to see my service tech. So my experience started off as 1 star. Then I went into the waiting room, and found donuts that looked familiar....I had a glazed donut, and I knew then, it was from my most beloved, Dee's Donuts!!! *insert scream* And they just keep on coming! If that's what they serve for free everyday?! I know I'm coming back here. Because wait of 1 hour for oil change would be so pleasant if I had Dee's Donuts with me! So yah, Dee's Donuts saved their rating ;) Pros: free, decent wi-fi, Dee's Donuts!! Cons: less than impressive customer service, less attentive.
