  • I just have to respond to your attempt to again make it my problem that your store on your or your brothers watch lost my personal credit card information. Milano and now you find it very convenient to pass the buck to one another. You also say we stormed out. Another laughable remark. I sat back very calm and gave you all the time needed to try to make an attempt to get to the truth of what happened. You never mentioned anything or asked any questions until after we already returned the instrument and gave us a receipt for the return ( is that storming out )? It was then you admitted that Milano had called to let you know we were coming. You asked who my wife dealt with when filling out the forms she answered you and you responded that it was not possible. By your own admission the girl at the front desk looks like the former employee that worked also at that desk. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out at this point who lost our info. Instead of insinuating that my wife could not have possibly filled out info with the girl at the exact front receptionist desk she dealt with, maybe just maybe you could have put two and two together and tried to own up to the mistake that took place in your own store and make an attempt at damage control. I gave you that chance and you instead did what Milano also did on the phone and that was nothing. If Milano called you why was it not you calling me back to get to the bottom of the matter? Next time you may want to apologize and ask what you can do to fix it instead of making it seem it was something that your customer was at fault for. Owning your mistake goes a long way instead of pawning it on another. FYI, the reason I came in with my wife was to see if you might "Man Up" and make it right. You did the opposite and at that point you really were not worth my time or deserving to earn my business.
