  • I spoke with Bill from Air Wizards last year over the phone, even though he would not make money then, he was very informative. This year one of 2 well maintained York Heating units in my attic would not Ignite, they have worked excellent for 11 years. I had someone install an igniter on the same unit 2 years ago. Seemed like the same problem. I remember Bill was nice, so I held onto his number. I called him, he was at my home in less then 2 hours. I told him the challenge & asked "Please, just be honest." He checked both units, fixed what he said was just a clogged tube. $49.00 service call fee only. Your challenge may need parts, I was lucky. Point being- he could of said "Yep, you're correct, you need a new Igniter." He did not. He said " A simple fix." Air Wizards were honest, professional & efficient. I will be doing all my AC & Heating with Bill at Air Wizards.
