One thing that is super important to me at a soup place is the taste of the water that is served to the customer. When you're serving food and one of the main ingredients is lots of water to make broth, water quality feels important. The ice water is super clean tasting and the food is incredible. I have come to visit twice within a week because it was so good. Considering we're in the Vegas heat, twice in one week to a soup place speaks volumes.
