rev:text	We stayed here 10 days and experienced our best vacation ever. The staff is so helpful and nice even the sales team were not super pushy and drive us nuts trying to sell is more points. Heidi actually sat with us and taught us how to use our timeshare more efficiently. Before we arrived I read up on the yelp reviews so I knew what to expect. There were lots about bugs being a problem, eek gross!!! They must have sprayed before we arrived because we did see some dead bugs in the beginning little lack ones that like water. I kept all the towels off the floor by hanging on doors because there are no hooks and only 2 towel racks. Our room was perfect for us we had the kids in the living room on an air mattress and dad and I took the bedroom. Unfortunately we could not close the bedroom door because the air conditioner was wonky. The bedroom was freezing and the living space hot. Keeping all the doors open in the condo helped. We loved the kid pool great slide which I personally went down for an hour straight one day. If you lean forward point your toes and touch your toes you really build up some speed. We took advantage of the onsite activities in between doing our own thing. We went to the pool for movie night, painted some frames, and had a water ballon fight. It was fun. Austin is an employee a young kid super nice guy does his job great and the lifeguards were so helpful with ideas of some things to go do. We ended up going on a hot air ballon, rented a boat and played on lake pleasant, horseback riding all discounted for staying at Cibola resort and an extra discount on the boat rental for being a blue green owner. We also took the desert belle boat tour, wet n wild and slide rock these things are not discounted the lifeguards recommended them. So staff grounds pool our room was great. Then my son 4 had an accident in my bed! It was day 6 I called housekeeping g to see if we could get a room cleaned. The girl at the desk said only every 8 days do we clean rooms. My kids also spilled their juice all over the kitchen floor. I'm trying not to attract bugs so I cleaned the floor with my feet and Clorox wipes. Our only cleaning supplies are s broom and the Lysol wipes I purchased. I'm not going to go out and Bj z mop plus I'm on vacation who wants to clean the whole time. They would not make an exception and come clean they said until day 8. I washed out towels since we had a washer/dryer. They did drop off new clean sheets tons of them but only one fit the bottom. They never took the peed on sheets they just sat in the closet. No one called or came by to clean on the 8th day and since we only had 2 days left we didn't ask. I did start seeing more live bugs the last two days too. In fact I was sitting up in bed the last night and a bug was on me! So gross totally ready to go home by then or even just s clean spot. The bed was hard as a board. My body hurt from sleeping on it. They could totally help their bug problem by having more spots to hang towels and swim suits and making exceptions on the 8 day cleaning rule. Maybe even adding s swifter to the cleaning supplies the carpet was pretty gross too a light vacuum would have been good. We loved the balcony it overlooked the adult pool and speaking of the adult pool the food served there is over priced and junk. We loaded up at sprouts right down the road and coked in our own room and ate great food for less money.
