There was a follow up appointment for some commitments made during the sales process. These were commitments that the Used Car Sales Manager (not the salesman) offered up without any prompting from me. I was impressed.
When I went for the follow up appointment Berge offered to provide a ride back home but I declined and decided to have breakfast in their cafe and work from my laptop. I had a last minute request to get onto a conference call. I asked the receptionist if there was a quiet corner I could use and she offered up an empty office with a desk and a speaker phone!!
The Berge Ford people have always gone above and beyond for me and my family.
I have been in technical sales for 15 years so I can be critical of sales people and I know when you have good sales people it is a direct result of good sales management.
We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Berge and go to them for service.
