  • Well this is an interesting update: I called him during the week to come on a Saturday morning (8/9/14) to fix my clogged shower, however he was running late and called me later in the day to apologize for not following up and to reschedule. The next day came in away from his normal business hours to get it right. He fixed the shower pretty quickly and showed me the buildup that was in there. In conversation while he was working, he mentioned that on Saturday he was on a job for a disabled individual, and that there was a really big mess there that he felt the need to help. It sounded like this was something a little extra that he felt he needed to do for that person...not sure if it was plumbing related or not. For a guy like him, I don't think he was trying to make up excuses or anything - just explaining himself in that he got caught up in a situation and, unfortunately, it slipped his mind to follow up with me in that instance. There are a couple bad 1-star reviews on here for Arturo that were just posted, but I have a feeling that the couple who posted it were scheduled for that same day that I was. I'm not saying to totally dismiss their reviews because everyone deserves a follow-up. However, I think Arturo does a pretty dang good job for a one-man-crew and will really make it up to you if he realizes he does you wrong in any way.
