  • OMG! Please be AWARE of this business establishment! First, they charged us for obtaining a company container. We were informed of WHAT NOT TO SHIP, such as flammable material and so on. After bringing the box home, we packed all the items (Christmas gifts mainly) and list on the packing list. We were told not to seal the box, for they "want to do a visual inspection of all the items". So we complied.... When we got, we were ready to get the box shipped...All of a sudden, we were CHARGED EXTRA FEES for certain items for "Tax Purposes"!!! Mind you, the items are used (Digital camera, a Gallaxy S2, etc.) and we paid for the taxes when we originally purchased them. We feel they are A BUNCH OF CORRUPT CROOKS who's thieving mentally from the Philippines IS BEING EXCISED HERE in the United States. When I challenged their policy, the clerk and the manager both were lost for words! They thought "I was a typical subservient Filipino"!!!! Boy were they WRONG!
