  • My first experience as Altius was nothing short of amazing. My friend suggested this place as a "graduation celebration/welcome to adulthood" spot. And boy was I impressed. We were seated by the corner window, and the view was stunning. The restaurant decor is modern and minimalist. Throughout the meal the chef offered complimentary tastings. The cocktails have to be some of the best I've had in Pittsburgh. Our waitress explained the menu to us and gave us several suggestions. For my main course I ordered the steak which was perfection. For dessert I got the tiramisu. Amazing. When we left they gave us a small treat in a black baggy. This added the perfect touch. Definitely going back!
