Let's get real, this place has potential, but fails to meet expectations. They even force you to pay for a cable package that adds additional fees on top of the already expensive housing costs.
Their gym is terribly embarrassing with hardly any weights, benches, or machines. Their pool is the saving grace, but who would want to only move in because of the pool? They wanted to charge me to put a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but when they originally showed me a room, there was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom? Shady!
They will raise the monthly rate each time you try to re-up the contract and extend your lease. It happens
My opinion is to never rent an apartment in Peoria. In good faith, I would say I regret picking this location knowing I could get the same bang for the buck in a more desirable location.
Just be wise when choosing a place to live.
