  • I was treated poorly. I was told on making the appointment that I will be billed all cost due to being part of a Clark County Program. The letter/authorization brought with me would cover all cost the insurance would not cover. In making the appointment, I was assured the letter/program would be accepted. I was called February 6th and my appointment was the next day February 7th (today) I had to drive close to an hour to reach his office. Once there I was told that the letter would not be accepted and in order to see the doctor. I had to pay over $100, if not we could reschedule to when I had the money. I was told one thing and less then 24 hours I was told something else. All the could do is ask me to reschedule. I took my insurance card and all paperwork and walked out. I would rate negative stars if I could
