  • As a home brewer, when on vacation I like to always try and visit a brewery. This time was in Las Vegas and my wife and I chose Banger. We made a 6pm tour appointment. When getting there it was still happy hour and the person at the bar made sure we got a beer in before it ended. Everyone working there was upbeat so you knew you are going to have a good time. We had the Hop Bang Boom...an awesome IPA with lots of flavor and aroma. After that, we went with one of the owners, Marc, and he took us behind the scenes. He told us how 5 friends actually got the dream to become a reality. A great story in itself. He explained their process and answered anything we asked. Afterwards we tried the El Heffe and Step-Child. Both were unique and great in taste. I would definitely recommend a visit here. The only problem I have is that it will probably be a while before I can buy it on the east coast!!
