SUMMARY: ehhh.
FULL STORY: Came in for a manicure with a friend. Called ahead to be sure timing would work out. When I arrived, the place seemed disorganized... when someone finally realized I was there, they weren't sure about the schedule (even though appt was confirmed by phone that day). No one was particularly friendly.
They finally fit us in, but almost made it seem like a special favor to do a service they offer (and scheduled) and obviously we were paying for. What the heck -- what customer wants to be treated that way?
The manicure was rushed, the tools didn't come from a disinfected pack, and the results were about what you'd guess. Chipped within a day. Haven't been back, and wouldn't really plan to.
Too bad... location and hours would have worked well if the service and result had been decent.
