  • I couldn't let this slide... I called 01/19/2016 around 2pm to speak to a manager about a potential position. A woman answered the phone I asked, " may I speak to a manager "?.. She replied,"this is a manager speaking". I then asked," are you people hiring"? Rudely she replied "No" and hung up the phone. However, days earlier I was traveling on the bus and passed by this location seeing a gigantic sign saying "Now Hiring". I couldn't tell if you people if this women was having a bad day or if she was even a manager... However, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I started to right a letter to the corporate office but decided to make this post instead. Last night I visited the McDonald's on 24th st and Baseline south mountain location. Inside was extremely busy but when I ordered my food I asked the manager if they were hiring. She said,"yes all the time"! She was very polite and helpful. Needless to say that I will be submitting my resume and application to this particular store. I will no longer visit or recommend anyone else to visit this particular McDonald's; very unprofessional over the phone poor customer service. Basied on previous reviews it seems this location could use a new management team.
