rev:text	High Park is no longer person friendly. Dog owners have taken over the entire park by assuming the whole park is Off- Leash...when it is not. My elderly father was bitten by a dog last month, my husband chased by an off leash Rotweiler and my 2 year old can no longer run on the baseball fields- as dog walkers unleash ten dogs at once and let them take over the fields. This used to be a person friendly park, now it is only for dog owners. PS- My complaint is easily verified! iI you scroll threw the photos here on yelp- there is proof of off-leash dogs in on-leash areas!
