  • I prefer Enterprise over other rental companies, because it tends to be better in terms of customer service, price, and transactional ease. I would still choose Enterprise over others in the future, but this past time we really got the hard sell in terms of upgrades and insurance coverage, which wastes a lot of time and is very annoying. (The hard sell is the reason we'd never give Hertz another chance.) Plus, I don't appreciate that if I'm the renter and driver, the associate has to address all questions to the only male member of our party. WTF?!?
