This review is based purely on the service (or lack there of).
We came on a Tuesday night at 9 and the line was 20 deep (ended up being a 90 minute wait). Our friends came the night before around 10PM and it was 6 people deep and they waited 30 minutes. Its really hit of miss in terms of when you go and how long the line is. After we were finally seated after our 90+ minute wait, we quickly ordered and didn't need to see the menu, since we had been studying it for a long time. We ordered a dozen oysters and the combo pan roast. We knew the pan roast would take time and so the oysters would have to hold us over. Plus the last time we came the wifey was pregnant and she didn't partake in the oysters, so it was a must this time. The oysters never came and we thought it was because they would time it so we didn't get it too early and not to close to the actual pan roast (I guess we gave them too much credit). We finally realized they forgot when others who were seated after us got their oysters (20-30 minutes after we were seated). We quickly commented and the server who forgot was not remorseful at all. She kind of said sorry under her breath and was not genuinely apologetic. We were definitely unhappy about the situation because we had waited in line so long already and now the oysters didn't even come when they were suppose to.
The food was great and the main chef was awesome too.
