  • Beware of exorbitant fees & charges that will add hundreds of dollars to the cost of a one-way rental. Tried to do my homework by contacting business ahead of time for full disclosure that isn't available on the website, but unfortunately didn't find out I was given incomplete and untrue information until I went in to rent. Due to the tight time line of my circumstances, I didn't have a choice but to go ahead. 500 miles out, a warning light came on dash, no manual in truck to decipher the meaning. Spent over an HOUR on phone being transferred around, Budget has no central group to help desperate customers on the road unless the truck is actually broken down. Extremely rude receptionist at Budget of Las Vegas actually hung up more than once on my husband and me while we were begging her not to transfer us again without staying on the line to make sure we got help. Based on my experience I will never do business with Budget again and urge you to consider another company (any other company) if you need to make a one way move out of Las Vegas.
