  • ***YELP 100 CHALLENGE 76/100*** It's a really small but cute store right next to Pier one imports on the corner of Fort Apache and Tropicana. I like to stop in every now and then when the cravings kick in for Japanese goodies. They carry all sorts of candies from Japan particularly the sought after Matcha green tea Kitkat's and Oreos. Also on their shelves are Aburaage tofu pouches to make Inarizushi and various ingredients for your sushi needs. Mochi ice cream is being sold here though the variety is not vast. Different brands of Matcha green tea powder and other Japanese teas are carried as well. On top of the food products they have a small selection of toys including Kendama's that are quite popular right now and of course Hello Kitty in various knick knacks. Prices are a little higher than what you would pay at International Market but the convenience of having it a couple streets from home trumps that.
