  • I called to get clarification and ask some general questions. The gentleman that answered the phone was beyond RUDE and disrespectful. I could see if I got slick/wrong with him, but that wasnt the case. He told me that he had 2 ppl in his office and hung up on me. WTF? Im big...well HUGE on customer service, I hope my employer can find another company to go through, I would HATE to give this company my money.
