  • Having been born in Italy and lived there till my mid teens, I'm pretty proud to say I can spot the differences between a real authentic Italian place and what not. (But in the end that's up to you to decide!) Nino D'Aversa's Bakery in Woodbridge does it a bit too well. And when I say that, I mean that the food is certainly good, from the bread and various pastries. All very good, and all very disgustingly over priced. It would be cheaper to book a flight to Italy and walk into any random bar/coffeeshop/bakery. Harsh much? Not really! I'm sure there are much better places out there, of same quality, and fair price. --- On a side note, they're very sexist. When I first moved to Canada, being fluent in Italian, I thought it would be a good idea to apply there, as they had open positions. They took a good look at me and flat-out told me the owner was only hiring girls. I dunno if that's something to report or what. It seems highly discriminatory to me... then again this is Woodbridge... You all have a nice day.
